If they are, then I'm wrong about the Lily comment there. Even at NP1, Siegfried post-interlude would be more powerful.
Siegfried NP1 against a Dragon + Lancer enemy + Kaleidoscope + self-buffed = [(8181+726+990) * 3 * 1.5 * 1.5 * 1 * 2 * 1 * 1 * 0.23 * 1.8 * 1.5] = 82971
Saber Lily NP5 against Lancer enemy + Kaleidoscope + self-buffed = [(7726+726+990) * 6 * 1.5 * 1.5 * 1 * 2 * 1 * 1 * 0.23] = 58634
Edit: Of course, that's only post-interlude at NP1, though the difference is pretty small between them in that case.
