If we are working on the assumption that this is referring to one of the last three Sakura Five, then I willing to bet that it’s referring to Kingprotea, and that she will be the new 4 star added in the second gacha. If you’ve read the scene where she died a few chapters back in the manga, I think you’ll easily understand why this short description fits her so well.

I wouldn't say useless, by merit of AoE Sabers not being all that exciting/exceptional to begin with compared to AoE Archers, Lancers, etc.

Also, I agree that we need event/collab Servants that aren't just from CCC to start getting buffs. It really brings down the motivation to roll them if they aren't great from the get-go.

maybe not very flashy or exciting but does the job
