On that note, only explanation to that is Apocrypha.

But then, I can ask myself that same question, since Vlad's class is Lancer in Apo. But then again, there can only be one Vlad, and the (EXTRA) added at the end clinches it.

Imo Berserker Vlad is very different from Extra Vlad while Lancer Li is just Extra Li with a spear.

Emiya Alter is there, which would suggest some kind of backstory.
