That's because we left reruns behind in the Heisei era.
We'll have plenty of time next year since there wasn't a Halloween event, and Saber Wars 2 rerun can go pretty much whenever.
I could easily see their plan here being "Let's get them to understand that they can't just 'wait a year for the rerun' to get what they want from the gacha."

Assuming the leak is true. Frankly the timeline reveal means nothing because anybody can make a guess as to when everything will start based on previous events and the fact we already know that LB5 starts on December.
