Kama is just Dark Sakura. Other than her naming scheme, she doesn't really count as Indian. Even her outfit, while it could be Indian, doesn't look that far off from something Dark Sakura might wear beyond her Shadow Cloak thing.

So, the next time Arjuna Alter will be up for grabs is likely the Anniversary Lucky Bag. If it's class-based again, that's 1 in 9 chance. Welp.

That said, Anniversary should be Knights vs Cavalry, so unrealistic for these purposes until New Years.
