If they rerun the previous year's summer event in July like they did last year, then there will be roughly two weeks between the end of Gudaguda 3 and the start of Summer 2017 rerun. That's enough time to fit in a new chapter/event/rerun of old event, but probably not if DW takes a whole week off.

I'm thus expecting something to be announced real soon, although it wouldn't be a huge shock if they just decided to take two straight weeks off again like they did in March.

You can remove everything but if you wipe her attacking buffs she just reapplies them at the start of her next turn.

At least from my experience with Ibaraki's NP (which does the debuff clear), no, the attack buffs from removing her Defense buffs can't be removed. Only the crit buffs from her own skills can.

There's a part of me that thinks that the JP branch would never tell the US branch anything about that this far ahead of time and therefore knows you're probably just taunting me.

The other part knows that your taunting is very safe because there's no way that anniversary would not have some potential bait to pull out all savings before swimsuits.
