With this, I finally have my 5* ST Buster Lancer, so yay to that, though she has a tough competition with Raikou here. I also completed my Tamamo collection with her, at least until Assassin comes out.

So apparently the half QP is only for Leveling Up Servants and CEs, not for skills, ascension or grailing. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

At least I will have plenty of QP remaining once I'm done with leveling Shark.
