I had no problems linking my Google Play account to, say, JP SIF. I think I could even still get back to my acc if I were to DL it. And SIF is one of the most yucky rhythm games in terms of shoddy coding or whatever.
DW would have to reach a new level of incompetence to bar foreigners from linking their GPlay accs.
i am pretty sure nowadays you can switch your account country from settings with no problem so like why would it be a problem?
p.s. there is one year limit on it, but again, should be no problem

I'm not so sure, the wording is talking not just about events but about campaigns. It does feel like a "in the future there will be more things that need the main story clear". At least it doesn't feel like it's talking about a upcoming specific event but a series of things.
I would wait until May 25th before panicking over content releases.

This long wait without a new chapter made part 2 feel more like a joke to me at this point. In part 1 we have a clear deadline for chapter releases and they followed that in-story deadline thus Solomon raid was great. Part 2? Apparently these trees took their time to grow and everything is gonna be cool for a couple of years. Way to kill my immersion, DW/TM.
I bet LB4 gonna be released right before anniv.

Part 2 is not in real time like Part 1. That was made clear with the chapters we got, with LB1 and LB2 happening one right after another and LB3 being just a month later. The story should be still in 2018.
False. Part 2 prologue started in the exact same real time day, the shutdown of Chaldea for evaluation also happened on the game's freaking website. LB1 was released on my freaking birthday and the chapter literally stated the date of happening 90 days after the prologue, pretty much real time. Then LB2 fucked up the pacing with its release and then LB3. But then things got in line again with the Benienma event where it was in fact New Year 2019. And then shit went off all over the place again. If they did not intend to follow a timeline, might as well scrap all of that bullshit and release things anytime they like instead of doing it half ass like this.
