The defense buff is flat 30%, it's the debuff resistance that gets leveled. It's still good to level it up to reduce the cooldown though.

Relevant servants. I ain't givin' Benkei no bones even if the exp investment would be trivial. The fact that I, as a f2p player, have 57 max ascended servants, most of the others at 2-3 and eleven different golds not worth ascending that are of so little concern I don't even remember to prism them, is ridiculous. The fact they actually made me start max ascending servants I do not at all care about just for the strengthening quartz is even more ridiculous.

The fact that there are hardly ever any new servants worth rolling for and by extension worth spending experience on, however, is the most ridiculous of all.

All Servants with SQ/s are relevant. That's easily free 2 quartz per SQ and a bonus 10 for every ten SQ completed.

And you don't even need to rush them all up. Just take it slow and do them one by one. Gather more mats from the event shop then do a Servant you might not frequently use to get their SQ unlocked and cleared off.

My guess is Child of Nature, some form of Primeval Runes, and a skill that ties to her Louhi aspect (familiar creation? some kind of cursing debuff thing). For NP, my guess is what we were previewed in Lostbelt 2.
