The idea is that with his Buster Touta throws his rice to your Servants, and they lose actions because they are eating. Once their lunche is over, the delicious rice fills them with energy! But if they refuse to eat... they lose max HP, because they are starving!
People, please. Stop believing false information. You do not gain Max HP from letting the debuff time out. Seriously, the debuff gives you a temporary Max HP buff for as long as said debuff it's around. That means that if you time it out or cleanse it, you still lose said HP buff and also not gain any extra back. I'm assuming that people think they gain extra HP because the HP gauge just bounces back up from it timing out.

After they do some exercise, they get the food digest faster thus gaining extra energy... whilst still feeling hungry. Second try was the charm, its actually amazing how much easier it got when everyone died but Cu.
Man, not sure what to really focus on...I have almost no gacha CE (due to lack of quartz, thanks KyoMaf) and the only ones I have are the silver ones. Only mat in the shop I'm in desperate need for are Giant Rings, but having more of the others (particularly lamps) would be nice. But the grind for that will be painful. On the other hand, I can just focus on the raffle grind.
Really wish I had enough for a single ten roll at least.
Just do enough to purchase the CEs in the shop and hit the ticket node unless there're mats you want from killing the enemies. IIRC:
Bronze: Snake Eyes
Silver: Gears, Genie Lamp
Gold: Pages, Scarab.
Ticket: Proofs, Dragon Scale.

I haven't seen it yet either.
I would personally focus on the gold gems. I'm getting a lot from the ticket quest, enough that I may be able to have a second 5* Lancer Servant from 6 to 10 skills.
Low HP buff kicked in.
I just did the touta fight as my first fight of the event after exams, managed to do it on the second try with the same party. Well getting that NP2 bryn was useful and cu is as reliable as always.
Though i guess i should've gotten the event CE first before trying this.

1 CKT and 1 Nero so far. Only done about 20 boxes though because phone really slows down when it starts heating up, plus not paying enough attention because slow load times in general.
