you can circumvent it by making another google account. first refund on every account is automatic
I just tried mine and got 2 pmts to DW and 4 pmts to Intelligent System refunded before it's failed. Man they really don't give a shit and i bet this thing are still abused daily, but i guess their revenue stream is too big to give a shit
