    Not sure if I'd prefer her to be an AOE Buster SSR Ruler, since we haven't had one of those since Amakusa, or an ST Buster SSR Ruler, which we simply haven't had yet.

    Single Target Buster or Arts, please. I can't think of much of a use for ST Quick, since usually you want the triangle advantage or some other power up bonus for that.

    I swear though, if she's ANOTHER Ruler with a non-damaging NP...

    ST Arts is probably the best for me since there's a huge chance she'll be worse than Astraea and thus no temptation to roll

    Also I just realised Chen Gong would really go well with Hijikata... if there was a 50% NP charge + Guts CE out there.

    Double Merlin + Chen Gong Hijikata with 1 HP... No wait nvm, max HP up is a thing

    Lose out on the Critical Damage Up bonus of the skills then. Not that big a problem though.

    And I did fail to get Merlin on his first banner day with my 300 quartz...another harsh day in the life of gacha desire sensor but I'll try again on his next banner day...

    Ruler Bunny King tempts me tho

    I did MLB the Paris/Hector CE and the Napoleon CE and got 4 copies of the Altjuna/Karna CE which was helpful for shop farming, the art of the summer CEs this year is awesome!
