I haven't had that issue, other than having to constantly refresh for KiraKira Archer's valentine's CE.

And every time I refresh and don't see it, I dislike her more.

Only time will tell since double Salome setup is about the ability to make 3 servants NP 3 turns in a row. What that can't tackle? I don't really know. Probably something with a huge HP or fights that are meant to stall and drag it outside of double Salome's 3T memes
