Presumably it's only an increase to Crit Damage, so no.

No. Because landing a crit means a flat modifier to NP gain. Only things that matter and can be controlled in regards to gaining more NP charge are Arts First bonus, Card Up, NP Gain Up and Overkill. There's also the Brave chain 'bug' but I'd rather not say it as it would or would not be fixed in the future. If it's actually a bug.

You're supposed to think of the true possibilities. Star Attraction on NP cards. Finally, we can have crit-capable NPs! That means double stars, double NP gain and double the damage at minimum!

Finally, Quick Skadi memes becomes more than just for farming. Buster Merlin memes becomes even stronger. As for Arts... Who cares! They can't gen enough stars by themselves to make it work anyway! (No, not really. But there's very few Arts or neutral Support that works well since it just boils down to Waver + Tamamo or Holmes + Tamamo, the latter combi losing some survivability but gaining the ability to top up on stars when the NP needs it.)

EDIT: Oh, there's also the possibility of CasGil + Tamamo but very few Arts Servants even make use of the star gen and it's mostly better of just slapping another 2030 and calling it a day. That said, more damage on your main and higher Arts Card Up bonus meaning more NP charge and damage when using Arts cards and NP. At the cost of Gil not hitting for much and additional damage boost and survivability being tied to an NP.

EDIT 2: Why am I even saying this, everyone who's been with the game long enough would've known this by now.

While I'm grateful for the skill stones, the mats in the raffle box is pretty meh except for dust and proofs. The gatcha is nothing surprising as well, so time to take it easy again.

Dust and proofs are so meh, I got an excessive stockpile of them. Wish they were gunpowder and maybe stakes.
