They're people motivated BY religion, not actual religious figures. Jeanne would be the closer analogy, though she's also a Saint so the waters are a bit muddled. As far as actual religious figures in Fate go (discounting characters from ancient/defunct religions like Skadi), the closest we've had was Saver Buddha. Jesus... I dunno. I don't think it's appropriate gag joke material, at least.

Shinto and Hinduism are still being practiced, which is why I didn't mention them (as is, embarrasingly, Dodecatheism). Neither Amaterasu nor Parvati are the "top dog" of their respective pantheons, though, insofar as polytheistic pantheons have one. Not really equivalent to Jesus or Mohammed or Gautama Buddha.
