DW is a newbie company, of course it sucks. Not all events were a mess, and not all update sucks. I agree with you that this update sucks though as it killed off many legit players.
Lotteries in real life are much crappier than what it sugarcoats, as far as I know from the gacha system (not just DW in general).
Almost all gacha based systems are luck based, so expect to get a situation like mine where I got a "nice boat" CE when I gave them my gold ticket.
But then, I still play it. I like to see what becomes of a gacha - based system in Japan, now that DW followed this approach.
You can say that I want to see what happens to gacha games in the future.
EDIT:So that means they followed the trend of gachas from other mobage? O.O

At least the congestion has something to do with lack of good programmers. The gatcha rate is the same for all mobages. At least DW listen and make changes ASAP so far as compared to some which just give you the finger.
In my opinion, the gacha system is the less messy thing they have ever did. Comparing to the constant server down, server full, and anything server related thing are in a total mess.
And while I'm not affected, this recent some phone unable to play problem is very stupid thing they ever did.
But if I can give them a plus, they make a game that not stupidly hard like most gacha based game are.

DW are trying, i wont deny them that. Like really hard. This and franchise is why this game havent sunk already.
But its not just those development course decisions, its both development and technical decisions together.
They did a lot of cool things. And they did a lot of uncool things which can only be explained by the fact that people in charge arent really good \ dont fully understand what kind of digital product they're providing and what to do and what not to do.

I'm using an Iphone 5 and I still suffer freezing sometimes. DW should really do something about the lag.

Yeah they messed up big time with this, here my tablet refuses to run the game it don't even start anymore, my Sony Xperia runs it, but its like crap, stuttering and its not a weak phone at all, i played freaking FFXIII on this phone.
if they wanted to make emulator users stop playing because they can't handle their stupid service, fine do it, but do it in a way that don't break the game for legit players.
and to finish all, today they release they middle finger note saying that they were aware of "some minor bugs on visuals and voices" that's not minor DW....., them i suddenly remembered they teaching us how to bind accounts before the event on a comic and on news on the game, they knew this was going to happen.
it was ridiculous because emulators that are phone based like Bluestacks can't play it, emulators that are pure emulators like andyroid can play it, so they just basically got a pistol and shooted themselves on they own foot, i'm mostly a melty blood fan... so not a big loss, my sister is pretty hearthbroken since she put money on the game and lost her account trying to play it on my Phone since its works there
my boyfriend called it quits after trying it make it work on emulators that where not AndyRoid for almost 2 hours, and now both of them are playing a Final Fantasy Game instead of Grand Order
i wanted to see the finish of the story, i didn't cared about how bad the summons where, i would play with R characters if that was all that i had, i offered my account to my sister but she is mad right now (i had like 4 SSR units she had 6) and its no taking it... so well i hope that other people that have family members that are fans of type moon are more lucky than my family.......
now we wait for the steam release of Melt Blood
part of me fells relieved, i can't understand why, even trough GO gave me a lot of fun, thinking that i don't have to deal with DW anymore fells good, lol
