Hydra Dagger does, but a +10% instakill rate when LB'd is still basically a waste of a slot.

L/ZO's fine. Prisma Cosmos' a good option to get his NP going since you'd be relying on his one Arts card for NP generation and no guarantee to even make an Arts chain depending on team. There's also the all-purpose Victor of the Moon that generates stars that can be fed back into him or other members to crit and do more damage.
EDIT: There's also the Kiara CE if you're looking to let people play with 500% Overcharged Azrael.
