Kind of a false equivalence. The value of a 5-star in FGO isn't nearly as high as a 5-star in FEH, since the former balances lower rarities to be usable, while the latter assumes you'll either whale or not care about taking 3+ months to make your low rarity unit into a 5-star.

Well, FGO also is the same as FEH in that lower rarities are still usable, with the exception of challenge quests but those aren't the norm. And under normal circumstances, you shouldn't expect to be able to boost a lower rarity character in FEH to 5* that soon. I honestly think that the drop rate should be increased. Maybe not amazingly increased but increased nonetheless. Though, that would affect their quarterly margins by quite a bit since even going from a 1% to a 2% rate would mean a significant drop in sales due to some people not aiming for NP2 or higher and are just satisfied with a regular NP1 Servant.
EDIT: Oh, and overall lower money spent to NP5 a Servant. Which is the more important part.
