i dont see how any 4* assassin is better than Ryougi

I don't have 4* Ryougi, cause I lost my account near the end of the event. (also after streaming eating Haagen Dahz while rolling for void) A friend of mine felt bad for me and gave me some Quartz and Void account after event ended. So, I never was able to get even a single Assassin Ryougi : <

Don't waste quartz on reviving if you wipe a battle.
Either get a ready-rolled King Hassan account or be prepared to reroll until you get him (initial 10-roll cannot contain him, as it has a fixed pool)
To follow up on previous note, having characters you care about makes the enjoyment better than just having "the best"

don't use alternate accounts, only losers do that.
