Should I use the 5000 white dango+1000 gold dango to exchange the last two CEs or get the monuments/change it to QP instead? Not sure why but I haven't gotten a single CE drop :/

The CE itself it's not particularly good
Monuments seem to be cheap actually, but if you have been playing for a while now you should have more than you can actually use. If you don't then go ahead I guess

It depends. If you like having a set of fully LB-ed CE, then getting the last two CEs is worth it. On the other hand, you could wait out until the event ends to see if you get real lucky and get a CE or two to drop.

LOL. I ended up stocking on a hundreds of pieces and monuments over the initial year. Now, I'm just buying whatever pieces/monuments is below 200.

I haven't bought monuments/pieces in what feels like at least six months, probably longer. Between all the drops we get from story stuff and events, I'd have to pick up another five or so Servants in each normal class to use them up.
