Omurice! Or rather, my interpretation of the dish. Excuse the "omelette", I suck at tossing things in the pan.

Homemade chocolate pudding! It tasted great (though I think I'll use a bit less condensed milk next time), but the consistency wasn't as firm as I wanted it to be. Did I make a mistake somewhere? I used a whole can (around 300g) of cream, half a can of condensed milk, corn starch, powdered chocolate, and half a liter of milk, mixed it all in the blender, let the mixture simmer, then put it in the fridge for a few hours.

Ok, so I'm not winning any plating contests, but the flavour is great! Left the tenderloin brining with salt, sugar, apple vinegar, and sweet paprika, then I cooked it with butter, olive oil, more sweet paprika and some black pepper, then I added some brandy and let it reduce, and finally added some pre-cooked leek.

Also, any help with the pudding above...? :-D

If the generic vanilla/chocolate pudding foisted off on children is considered human cuisine then I reject my humanity.

I decided to try and make buttermilk chicken for the first time, and decided to serve it as chicken and waffles. I think it came out quite well:

Never saw much point in savory waffles, myself, but those do look very good, Saiga!

The real tech in making fried chicken like that is mixing things into the buttermilk as it's marinating for extra flavour. I always like to add some hot sauce, or some dry rub spices, but as long as it doesn't separate with the milk, (or curdle it I guess) you can use anything.

I mixed paprika and garlic in the marinade, which made it a super gross-looking pink colour. Trying to think of what else I have to add more flavour to the next one.

@Spoony - the whole thing was very, very sweet. It was tasty but definitely a sometimes food!
