Hisui Route, or rather, Shiki's Mind route, because fuck if the heroine of a route has never mattered less (not that I mind, she's boring as fuck). The descend into madness by a relatively sane person is something that gives me a giant stiffie, which is pretty much why Tokyo Ghoul is my favorite manga (RIP in Pastaroni, Re).

I'm gonna go with the Ciel Route, because Ciel is great and so are the parts of her route that are actually her route and not Arcueid's route.
I ultimately went for Akiha at the end of the day, though I does loves me some Ciel to bits. Favoritism ultimately won out in the end, I guess.

In the latter I like the heroine more, but apparently I haven't reread it enough times to devalue the Hisui reveal.

I voted for Ciel's route because I like the parts where Shiki is Roa.

Really. I thought the parts where Shiki is Shiki in Hisui's route had a bit more oomph.
You never get to suppress SHIKI in anybody's anus.
