Makes me think of how someone once said something like "Kitoh has done a fucked-up kids-with-monsters manga and a fucked-up mecha manga, next he should do a fucked-up magical girl manga." But now he's been beaten to the punch ;_;
And yeah, the troll translation thing is hilarious but I guess it does suck for people who actually wanted to read it.
Kitoh. Urobuchi does happy stories at least. Kitoh, even in his short stories is quite cruel. Though his new bicycling or whatever manga is like his first. I mean Urobuchi does some fucked up shit but quite a bit of it is sympathetic or understandable. Kitoh's just like 'LOL TEST TUBE IMPREGNATION TIEM' meanwhile Urobuchi just leaves it at rape.

What we missed by not having Kitoh doing the fucked up magical girl series, man
(That is, if you feel you are missing by not having another of the most cruel possible series)
Kitoh's going to make a magical girl series which is going to be even going to be much more fucked up that Madoka.
Because hey, at least Madoka had a somewhat happy, hopeful final episode.

Nah, they shouldn't try to one-up each other, they need to collaborate.
A high-school drama, that would be nice. I've seen plenty of high-school romantic comedies (although their spin on that would be interesting) but not too many dramas.
Or maybe a martial arts anime. Something that'd be gritty enough to rival Baki or TOUGH.

And I'm actually fairly enjoying that bicycle manga atm although part of me is expecting shit to hit the fan at any moment. It's a shame it seems to be stalled atm.
But yeah, if Kitoh wrote Madoka, you'd know it'd either end with:
A. Madoka becoming a witch and destroying the world
or
B. Somebody making a contract/wish to defeat Witch-Madoka, ending with the sense that 'this will all repeat again'
or perhaps something else entirely

Ugh, the first time I read through it, the site I was reading on actually skipped the volume where Norio died so my first experience was with the doll's head thing, which was pretty shocking. Although I ended up dling the last 25% of the series and rereading and saw it there, so.
Man, that's a really tough call. I guess Norio's was worse? Really hard to make that decision
