Getting Tsuki running on a tablet

Hey guys, decided I wanted to re-read Tsuki while I travel, I have the Fuwanovel file on my hard drive but when I try to run the Tsuki app it doesn't start up at all, no response whatsoever. It may just be that I've forgotten something I need to do since I last installed Tsuki, but hoped somebody here could help.

It's an Asus Transformer, running Windows 8.1, 32-bit. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

When was the last time you installed Tsuki?

Asus T100, correct? Have you tried updating your GPU drivers?

Also, try running it in XP Compatibility mode and administrative mode after you've re-installed the VN.

Ive tried running it in XP and no luck. Because the Fuwanovel folder is all-inclusive it doesn't install, I just run it from the app in the folder, doesn't matter where the folder is located. But on the T100 I get nothing at all.

Try a different Fuwanovel.

Ensure that it isn't just Tsuki(hime?) that's broken.
