But then there was a guy who really hated snipers, and there was a match with only snipers, and he left and I got the default victory, which was great.

when the match started, the guy bragged he was going to wreck me. i agreed with him saying i have never won a 1v1 since the event started. then, after beating me in the first two rounds, he suddenly left
i am 100% he just gave me a pity win

toxicity happened, ppl who refused to counter after their 10+ death, pharmercy (which is still a big problem no matter what ppl say), etc. anyway, i lost all my placement matches but 1 and am now in low gold. honestly i'm more happy in low gold than i was at high diamond.
i like crushing hopes and dreams, you see. plus it gives me more leeway to mess around instead of super srs mode while still getting that 'omg tryhard' feel
I thought Pharmercy was a Pharrah/Mercy fanfic ship. How would that hurt an actual game? (aside from your team talking about nothing but shipping when they should be talking about crushing the other team)

Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
Tunnel-visioning on the combo when the red team is rolling a good Widow.
Pharah and Mercy can combo in the sense that the Mercy pockets the Pharah and follows her as she flies in the air. A Pharah's already a problem because being airborne makes her hard to hit, but when you couple that with a constant source of healing and damage boosts, it makes her even more difficult to deal with.
Normally, with Pharah you're supposed to counter her with hitscan attackers (Soldier, McCree), but given the buff a while back that lets her stay higher, for longer, that makes their job that much harder.
