A list sounds pretty dumb, but just having a place where someone who doesn't read everything on BL can go and ask "why was this guy banned again?" seems like a half decent idea.

I've gotten such vague ban reasons as "be a better person" that don't actually tell me what I've done, so I wouldn't mind this actually being a thing.
