I'm not sure if the "listening to the users" part of the letter will be just a one time thing from mass outrage or a new beginning, but this is a good example of it. This was a pleasing outcome overall. I was starting to expect that it would just default to Leo perm'd and everyone else temp'd with no other changes.

Thank you very much for coming to this decision and not something worse. I can't believe that the best possible outcome I thought of actually happened, that would be Leo getting banned temporarily and a warning, but I'm glad it did. I really hope Leo changes the way he behaves now, if not we can always rename him to "Leo-chan" he said he would have to behave then.
