Reversed Connections (BRS) - reworked the structure and a mix of anime/OVA, has the Otherworld selves replace their human counterpart in the real world instead of the normals taking control of the Otherworld characters.

eh well the guy is usually just banned due to all the spam he does along with sarcastic comments, meme posts, off topicness, witty jokes, one liners, etc. outside of those though, the guy does contribute on particular occasions much more than some others, as well as being quite well liked by the community.

anyways he's not really a problematic user, compared to some other people.
like that other guy who I think has had about 10 accounts now so far. I only heard some stories since it was a long time, but the guy was considered quite the notorious troll and was troublesome back then.
now though, after several bans as well as some ultimatum of an IP ban, he's mellowed down. though while he doesnt really cause trouble, he does like pointing fingers at every little thing that might cause the person to get infracted, he even targets mods quite a bit(like me) or even people he seems to be "friends" with. his bitterness sometimes shows when the topic is regarding moderation.
oh and btw, when I meant 20 or so accounts, I meant 20 from the time I joined to the current. he's a much more older user and ive seen some much older accounts of his so its probably more like 30-40 accounts.

See the thing i cant wrap my head around is this person is getting permad, via IP, yet it seems based on your descriptions he is allowed to stick around if he can make another account get through. Its like if Food made a sockpuppet and Tobi didnt ban it. Whats the point of the ban?
