Chibi V.Sion Army go!
both are complete assholes in the comics.
And then when the Skrulls lost their homeworld to Galactus, they became Death Cult Terrorists rather than refugees.

Just saw Jordan Peele's Us and I really liked it, maybe a little more than Get Out. I'm glad I knew nothing about it or what to expect beyond the name of the director and the fact that it was some sort of horror movie. It was a beautifully crafted film with some really good ideas. It has some really good twists and turns and it was very satisfying to watch unfold. I think Get Out is better written, acted, paced and edited, but I found Us to be better filmed, written, scored and more consistently enjoyable. Definitely recommend seeing this one without any foreknowledge, not even the poster, if possible.
Everybody but you already saw the announcement trailer a few months ago
Hellboy (2019) was pretty good, but I'd like to have a sit-down with the sound mixer and just figure out what the heck they were thinking with some of those scenes where the music was way too damn loud. The scene where Hellboy gets pissy at the changeling was full of dramatic tension and uncertainty, but I cannot say that other like instances were as successful.
My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
BEHOLD! THE SIG OF GOLDEN TRUTH! Pillaged from McJon, Tsukikan et al.
Detective Pikachu was fun. There's a scene where an instrumental of the original theme plays, and now I wonder if the Japanese dub has the first Japanese OP in that scene.
to me it was atrocious
don't quote me on this
Is it worth for a non-Pokémon fan to watch it?
I liked Detective Pikachu, but it loses it's way about two thirds through when the normal bullshit magic of Pokemon replaces the detective narrative they had built up to that point. Which is sort of how every game goes since Gen 3.

The story is self contained outside ofSpoiler:
But that's not a major plot point so it really wouldn't affect you being able to follow along. But like Raff said, outside of all the fun Pokemon stuff it's a pretty middle of the road movie. I wouldn't recommend it to non fans, I absolutely would to fans.
I see, I see.
Thanks for the help, everyone!
