This episode wasn't BAD filler, but I dislike filler for a season premier. We should have just gone straight to Overhaul.
I do understand that they were basically trying to jog our memories (or really, the anime-only memories) of who the kids actually are.

I guess in this OPs defense, very few HeroAca OPs have been visually boppin. I think sora ni utaebaaaa is the only one where I felt taht the visuals were a slam.
