Saber is clearly the best choice. Archer? They get the ability to betray their Master as a Class Skill. Assassin? Only good on the offensive. If you are ever attacked by a Servant, you are going to die. Berserker? Prior to Illya, every Master of Berserker died to prana overexertion. Caster? Too much prep time, Magic Resistance screws them over. Lancer? No real down sides, but Saber's container has better stats. Rider? Similar problem to Lancer.
I am of the personal belief that the Tsukihime Remake is two years from release. It will remain as such until a release date is announced, at which time its actual release date is 6 months after that date.

I like independent girls. But an independent Servant doesn't need mana recharge so for the sake of this argument is not ideal for my purposes. Sabers are just more likely to be dudes than people who rode an animal or used a spear, so the potential is greater with a Lancer or a Rider.
My hit zone is things I like. Hard to say beyond that since defining stuff I dislike actively is far easier than defining what I love vs what I don't mind vs combinations of things that raise several don't minds to a love.
Who knows what's really under that skirt.
Swords = whatever. Seen too many fucking stupid ones to consider them cool natively.
This goes for basically every generalised weapon type in existence, so it's a non-factor.
