Weapon synthesis gets really tricky/frustrating once you get up to +7. You end up using so many resources just to get an item to a good enough level that dismantling it lets you get the next level up on the thing you really want. I just ended focusing solely on velvet equipment and using everyone else's stuff to farm for them. That said, getting one of the later game weapons to +10 is really satisfying.

And yeah, all the characters knowing they're fucking up the world and still doing it, is great.

    i'm still modding skyrim

everytime i think "oh this is enough mods" i see another one that looks good/fits and just add it in -- along with checking for bugs/consistency and eh

so far i got about 65 mods out of, like, the 255 plugin/mod limit?

You just need to realise you're never actually gonna play it, and that you have more fun installing the mods than you do playing them.

Well it doesn't have traditional co-op but Dragon's Dogma was released for PS4 recently and it has a pretty interesting online component related to it's pawn system.

Let's see...Bloodbourne is good for co-op fun. And prob Nioh, but I've yet to play it myself so I cannot say for certain. Other than that, its mostly stuff you can just play on PC AFAIK

    +1

Also a good game to play when you're listening to a podcast or something. Engaging but not actually requiring concentration.

Life is Strange and Life is Strange Before the Storm. The soundtracks for both are really good.

Whoever was in charge of that has nice taste. Or at least one that I can seriously jive with.

The other day when I was listening to the Megaman Battle Network 5 Soundtrack on Youtube I found a comment that said that the liberation missions were fun to do. If you had Team Colonel. I had Team Protoman for GBA and I thought the liberation missions were pretty fun though, except the Secret Area ones that I never finished because of how hard they were. So I went with a friend to a local Gamestop a week ago and they had Megaman Battle Network 5: Double Team DS used. So I bought it and I just beat Cloudman yesterday. The Party System is a nice feature that the original games didn't have, it really helps. It's too soon to judge if it's easier/more fun or not. Maybe I should make a blog of my progress...

Obviously, it's more fun to play in multiplayer than on your own like a friendless loser...like me.
