Well Canada is second on that chart despite UHC
UHC doesn't address the main problem which is overprescription.
The over prescription is a direct outgrowth of our lack of access to therapy, which is caused by our insurance system.
Yeah, I know Vancover's been having a huge problem with Fentanyl for the last few years. Stuff is really fucking bad, and it's everywhere.
