Since Rodyle isn't around to post this, Trump signs two executive orders to back construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines.
I wonder if the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe (mentioned in the article) will consider installing windmills or other things in place of the pipeline to further delay the pipeline's construction.
Edit: Re-reading the article, it seems that Trump is not demanding the projects be built immediately, but, rather, to be renegotiated.
