There are many words that don't belong in the same sentence as Trump, such as sanity, intelligence, empathy, honesty, morality, the list goes on for the reality tv show host in chief.

For a long time I've considered this kind of rhetoric to be a hyperbole, to say the least, believing Trump as just a less subtle version of the same old same old. But every time I read or hear about something he's said (on official press releases, no less) I am forced closer to concluding that this guy shouldn't have been elected to lead a country fair, let alone one of the most powerful countries in the world.

Makes me think Trump will take the most ridiculous option to deal with whatever trouble since it has immediate effects.

The part I find hilarious in a gallows humor sort of way is that apparently assassinating Soleimani was supposed to be the ridiculous option on the list of possible actions that was only there to make the other choices seem better but as soon as Trump saw it he was 100% down, like, “Don’t even explain the other ones to me were doin’ it let’s rock and roll”

Yeah. Basically exactly what the US and Canada were saying from the start; the IRG mistook it for an American hostile and fired on it.

They were denying it at first, claiming mechanical failure, but after an internal investigation (and home movies from civilians showing the plane getting shot down), they changed their tune.

Almost certainly wouldn't have happened were it not for the back-and-forth between Trump and Iran.

I think it is all of the above. Trump's attitude sure give wrong messages to white supremacists, and some are just stupid and act on impulse.

As I understand it, it's only a real danger to the elderly or already infirm, like most diseases.
