Not really. I bet I can probably draw the outline of one with my eyes closed =3 Or without erasing anything.

I'm half way through with the shading. The body proportions may look weird. That's because I've been focusing on faces for some time =3


It's also pretty messy - I haven't shaded it well - and it looks alot like still life...But that doesn't matter

Yeah, the Gil is normally described to look alot like Enki does.

That's good. Shouldn't hesitate to make something just cause it might not turn out perfect - that's what kills creativity.

Also why being a perfectionist might not be best. It pretty much means you're demanding something now that might not reachable without more experience.

I'm trying to get my hands used to drawing it correctly, or 'muscle memory'. I need to get at least that right first.

Does this mean your next drawing will be from that angle? I guess it depends on how long the adjustment takes. Seems like a tricky skill to learn...
