Wrong. Jinako, while flawed did not bring much trouble to Karna. Compare Jinako to Kotomine, Bryn's master and Kenneth will make you realize the only flaw she has is asking him to buy stuff for her. Cu finally got a good master in Rin and the MC in Grand Order. Extra Vlad took pains to cosplay as a mad man for Little Ronie.

Even Karna's profile in GO takes a stab at her, like 'Look at how amazing this Servant is! What kind of idiot would lose with him on your side?'.
Look at Karna's stats in CCC and you will realize Jinako is terrible beacause she doesn't want to fight. GO's profile says those who cannot win are either those that have personality problems or not suitable for fighting. Jinako and Karna's Apo Master both fits the bill.

Jinako is directly called a third-rate Master that could not bring Karna true potential in Extra Material. It's also said that him fighting at full power was one of the goals with his character in Apo. Yeah, his Endurance being actually higher in CCC than in Apo is odd, but you only need to see how he fights in CCC to actually notice that he is just using his flames to punch things instead of fighting like how he does in Apo.
And if Duryodhana had something good going on, it was how good of a friend he was to Karna. So I would never say that he was a bad lord, at least to him.

well, he was a good frien to Karna, I admit it easily, and he was not a "bad lord" (I love remind myself that karna conquered half of India to offer it to him XD a simple "gift" XD)
He is just a Lord that took bad decision. Indeed, he could easily be a capable servant and all, in fact. But I couldn't say that he made Karna fight at his power spike too.
