I've heard arthritis of some kind, but that's just banter on the internet. When the manga was cancelled in Jump Square it said that it's due to a progressing illness. Whatever the case since 2012 she seems to have done nothing but a oneshot and designing the characters of Valvrape.
She still designed something in meantime, so I bear more the fact that Miura is playing Idolmaster.
