In any event, they can always do what DxD S4 and Blue Exorcist S2 did. Just go back to where the anime diverged from the manga, adapt the skipped content and retcon away the anime original stuff.

Interview: My Hero Academia Creator Kohei Horikoshi
This is the most surprising thing from the interview.
People like Bakugo that much?Is there a character that you've created that fans reacted to in a way you didn't expect?
Bakugo has been a bit of a surprise. I assumed everyone would hate him, but it's been the opposite. In the character questionnaires we do, Bakugo comes in #1 most popular.
Spoiler:
The most obvious thing is the most surprising from the interview? Lame interview then.
And yes, Bakugo is easily the most popular character. Polls usually put him at double the next closest.

I'm still tempted to mute the player every time he starts getting too many lines. His butthurt rival schtick is insufferable.
Spoiler:
If it's just based on looks I can see it, but you have to understand, they're completely different people. If anything, sadly, Goku has gotten less noticeably heroic recently. I miss that Goku. Like you saying that it's obvious to you and calling the whole interview lame is just dumb. Just because something is obvious to you, doesn't mean other people will get it.
Did you even read the interview?
I found out Kanda was popular too, are people just into angry guys nowadays?

So it's not going to be in Sternbild City. Then what that guy with the arm was doing wasn't a NEXT power? The city-state Risvaletta. Spoiler:
I don't think it's that Goku got less heroic, it's more that the fans are watching the subs now rather than the old dubs, which rewrote Goku to be a lot more of a nice guy.

He's a muscley dude with blonde hair that goes up when he powers up???????????????
No but its obvious because it doesn't even matter what title it is in the past twenty-five years, if its shonen its inspired by or influenced by Dragonball and its most recognizable elements. You can't escape it. It's like mecha after Eva or shoujo fantasy after Rose of Versailles. You're either following in its footsteps or you're deliberately contrasting with it.
And yeah, Goku in the original manga was incredibly Monkey King-like, go figure. Heroism only occurred as a byproduct of his desires, which were childlike and whimsical rather than JUSTICE.

Fucking agreed. Besides, his lines have way too much actual bite in them to qualify as a gruff rival type. The dude is an unrepentant bully who gets too much attention from the plot. I just wish Uraraka, Todoroki, Iida, and Yaoyorozu got more. Oh, and Kirishima and Tsu are nice.

DARLING in the FRANXX At Crunchyroll Expo 2018
I like this. It's like when people say "Jibun Wo", you'll immediately think of Code Geass.Nishigori spent some time discussing why they used the same opening theme song for both cours of DARLING in the FRANXX, which - as Evan Minto mentioned - is an unusual move in modern times. “When you're creating an original series, it's good to have a strong theme song," Nishigori explained, "so when people hear the song they think 'Oh, it's DARLING in the FRANXX.' If you use a different song between seasons, the recognition becomes split between seasons, so it was partially my decision to say that I wanted the same theme song for both seasons with a slightly different arrangement.”
I've seen the pictures with her having dark hair, I just like how designs can change so much.Zero Two with a much more subdued, mysterious personality (changed for story purposes – “you know how Hiro is” says Nishigori) complete with dark hair (changed to pink to assist in marketing her as an icon for the series, according to Nishigori), and a whole closet's full of school wardrobe options.

Voiced by actual Brits? I have it on good authority that the Dies Irae dub was not done by native German speakers. In fact, after a certain point, they even gave up on doing the incantations in German.
AND I CRINGED THROUGH EVERY SECOND OF IT!
No. Sentai is based in Texas and the majority of its VA hires tend to be from around there as is the case in this dub.
I think the last anime I remember having a majority British VA cast was the Professor Layton movie.
"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"

I remember when there were UK dubbing studios...

Chris Sabat on Vegeta's Fear, Goku's Selfishness, and Talking to Himself
For the longest time, I didn't know that he voiced Vegeta and Piccolo until I looked it up. He's that good.
I was so shocked when I heard him in the Broly trailer, he recored it with 15% lung capacity which is just amazing.Dude, yeah. On that subject, Chris Ayres (Frieza) is a champ, just recovering and jumping right back into things!
The thing is, we are on a mysterious time clock with him. So, they haven't finished animating Dragon Ball Super: Broly yet, we haven't finished getting all the materials yet, and I haven't seen the film yet. He's still waiting on transplants. So at any time, we could literally be in the middle of recording for the show and they call and say "there's a donor ready," he'll have to get up and go.
So that's why Frieza's original voice actor got changed. That's rough. Like, I know he has all of you there to support him, but it still must be really scary for his family. All the best for him, man.
Oh, I'll definitely let him know. He's a freakin' champion, he's just--I loved Linda Young, she was an amazing Frieza back in the day. But once we got into Dragon Ball Z Kai and we got to hear Frieza's newer voice, and we tried to bring Linda in, but the character just talked too fast and she chose to step down. Chris was the only one we saw who was able to read those lines that fast and with that much power. I was so happy to see Frieza in the new feature, it's good to see him in the trailer and see him still as part of the... well, "extended" family.
