It is! Reading it is very distracting, though, the writer made many, many English mistakes. It seems Crunchyroll's editing leaves much to be desired.

I wonder if anime and manga is as big throughout Latin America as it is in Brazil?

I imagine it is at least in some countries, since back in the 80's / early 90's we actually used to get a lot of anime from Latin American countries instead of directly from Japan (only anime, though; tokusatsu shows all came directly from Japan).
