    From the title, and then checking Twitter, I wasn't aware MarzGurl had come under fire. Then again, I often avoid looking into these topics, since all they do is give me a headache. But that was nice of DC Douglas, tho. I only know him from games, but he's starting to become one of my favorite VAs I think.

    Ultimately only the parties involved will know the answer. But from the look of things, AOT despite its stellar quality has been an absolute nightmare of a production and they've been struggling since the very start. Maybe they just decided they can't keep going under their current circumstances anymore.

    He shared his perspective that the TV anime now leans more towards everyday slice-of-life content, and that a series with with "depressing" developments like Code Geass is much harder to greenlight nowadays compared to 10 years ago.
