    It's pretty easy to comprehend. If you've got a series where no villains actually die, about the breakdown of society, so there's going to be a point where a prison break occurs. From there you have like three options, 1) Do a runback fight (My Hero), 2) have villain get blown out to show how much the MC has improved and boost the cred of current villain (The Impel Down), 3) have the villain sit out/join heroes because they really hate the new guy (The Aizen).

    It's actually pretty good. It's not the same kind of situation or fight at all.
    Though we had to go through a ton of crap to get there so I wouldn't say it was worth it

    You can really tell that Horikoshi's torn between rushing to the ending and paying off every last little bit of foreshadowing because he manages to achieve the worst of both worlds. Fire art though.
