    I would like to file a complaint with the customer service department, this tech support line is being unusually confrontational and making me feel marginalized.

    The Season of the Sakura is now over. Accordingly, everything should be back to normal.

    If for some reason you like the non-rotating banner version of the skin, though, you will need to manually re-set that in your permissions (as well as if you liked a different skin entirely). Most people use the rotating banner version so that's what I reset everyone too, sorry.

    If enough people liked that skin, I suppose I could make it a regular "choice." After all, we did it for Cat Hell too.
