The long, sandy beaches burning under the golden rays of the sun. The resorts and hotels drawing in tourists like nectar draws in hummingbirds. Pools glistening with cerulean colors and bikinis that barely cover the shame of their wearers. Fast cars with ferocious engines rumbling under their hoods. Criminals and cops playing the eternal game of cat and mouse during this era that made fashion explode like a pinata of neon colors...
This is Miami Beach.
However, under the surface of this paradise, a war is a-brewing. Mobsters vying for the control of the city, immigrant gangs gaining foothold, mysterious computer developers holing up in their office, an eccentric billionaire hiring people to work on his luxury yacht at the harbor and not to mention the plain-full of Japanese high schoolers stranded in the city during their fieldtrip... the strangest collection of individuals, all with ties to different factions across the city, are being gathered by one man. A sunglasses-blazing, hawaii-shirt lazing, Coca-Cola raising young owner of the Aleph Manor: Mr. Lounge Lizard. He has his eyes on seven individuals, calling them together for one goal only...

A great war between seven Masters, using seven Servants, meant to bring forth the Malibu Grail, an omnipotent vessel that is said to grant the funkiest miracles to those who obtain it. And to obtain it, one must fight in a war. A war in which there is only one survivor.
Masters - People from around the world with supernatural talents.
Servants - Heroic Spirits summoned to the modern age to enter a bloody melee to death.
You are one of these seven, either a Servant or a Master. You've been invited by a call from the mysterious Mr. Lounge Lizard, and three red brands have appeared on you. In other words, out of all the people living in this paradise-on-earth, you have been chosen. The reasons for that decision are unknown, but the only thing you can do right now is to brave on.
After all, the only thing expected of you...

Fate/Scorch is a forum roleplay that will run parallel to the Fate/Moon White Redux. Utilizing the same rulebook with slight chances to the system, as well as complete revamp of the setting, this Grail War will prove to be even hotter than that of Tengetsu. Instead of the cold and dark of the northern Hokkaido, you are thrust into the neon-wonderland of Miami Beach in the 80's. This is a place of extremes, were many groups wage their own wars in the background, to your help or detriment. In other words, you are thrust into the powerplay of Miami Beach, and as you are one of the seven Masters chosen by enigmatic Mr. Lounge Lizard, who you help will determine the fate of Miami itself. Car chases, Servant fights, gun duels, sexy ladies and men, tacky shirts and amazing music await you! Fair or unfair, clean or dirty, honorable or dastardly... how you decide to tackle this war is up to you. Even whether you are a Servant or a Master is up to you.
But remember: there can be only one winner.
