True, but then again, people think it's funny that Kirei clearly is stroking himself off at the suffering of children nearly 100% of the time he is onscreen, so *shrug*.

Seeing both of these last chapters, its nice we get more depth to some of these scenes, like seeing Shirou's parents beg him to leave and not look back in the flashback, or seeing Sakura and Saber talking like this, but the pacing is getting a tad slow. Maybe we need longer chapters if they are taking this approach.

The part, where Assassin suggest to kill Rin and Shirou, would be later, after Shadow's rampage through the town (interlude "Chess"). In this chapter, as you said, they disscuss immortality of Zouken (interlude "Madness").

I still thinking that Zouken should have better dedicate time to make himself a DA, damn, is not like is current form (that is rooting, looks like shit, and seems to be painful and I bet it smells like shit too) is very human-like. Whatever is of him as a DA would be better and depending in his skill as a magus he would have keep his young form.
