We initially thought they were banning all offensive words.
The mods came in and said we CAN say offensive words as long as we aren't using it in an insulting way and it uhh, doesn't 'aggravate someone' is the best way I can put it.
This whole thing happened because someone was calling something retarded in the UBW thread and got reported for it which is why the initial interpretation was widely believed.
