There might be an XML hack you can do to go from EU or NA to another server like there is in World of Tanks. Nothing official has ever come from Wargaming, but they didn't do anything to the people on EU who used server roaming hacks to go to the RU or NA server.

Tried everything I could find. Cookie, API link, VPN, all cat error screens.
Pretty sure I wasn't banned, either.
The furthest I got was in Incognito Mode, I actually got to the game menu for about 5 seconds before it suddenly went to error screen again.

Well I'd never spend any money on it anyway, the moe kanmusu premise is meh to me.
I finally tried Kancolle after hearing about it forever and pretty much being surrounded by memes on the Japanese internet. I think the tipping point was Red Saber's live stream.
It didn't seem horrible so I planned to keep playing it... until it stopped working a week later.
It's probably an issue with DMM rather than Kadokawa.
