So many people are playing battleships that it's almost impossible to get in a game as a battleship lately/ :/

Also a lot of people in the Japanese CVs. Load up an American CV with lots of fighters and enjoy the impotent rage of Japanese CV commanders who lose their air complements five minutes in.
Yeah, so many people are whining about IJN carriers being OP, when they've got basically nothing when it comes to fighters even at higher tiers. Their main advantage is the huge amounts of TBs they get, so if they're lucky enough they can crossfire a battleship for at least guaranteed damage.
The main killer these days is fire. Fire destroys all.

Wargaming's having a really hard time finding the balance between the two ammo types aren't they. First it's AP hits too hard, now HE incinerates everything.
I'm pretty sure the real balance will come when they introduce actual ammunition counts; as it is if you're in something like an Atlanta you can literally fire non-stop if you've got ripple fire going. Or just play the Cleveland, wrecker of faces.
So I guess what this means is cruisers are pretty much the best class in the game right now!

Probably not. We already know Bismarck is going to be a premium; files for her and Warspite were included in the beta before even Warspite were added, so it's only a matter of time.
The 27th just happens to be the perfect time!

I'm this close to giving in to temptation and forking out some for CBT access. Gremyaschy or Yubari?
They're both great, but I'd go for the Gremyaschy. Her guns take a while to turn around, but they're huge for a destroyer and she's super maneuverable to boot.

There's no preferred MM in WoWs. The kind of balance you get between the tiers is good enough that even lower tiers have a chance against higher tiers, unlike WoT.

I'll prolly get the Yubari anyhow, since I hear it's a good escort ship. Might as well start with the IJN ship since I plan to focus on them since they're "interesting". And HMS's, because why not.
Japan is good! I'd probably have the Yamato by now if I wasn't so focused on getting the Iowa.
