Since I knew Kerry was doomed to fail, I didn't put too much stock in rooting for him, and instead was able to focus on how this guy went from Point A in /Zero to Point B in /stay night's flashbacks.
Overall, I guess you could I'm neutral to postively-inclined with regards to him.

Kiritsugu is a pretty cool guy. Like, give him a couple of years of intense psycho therapy and some happy pills and I feel like he'd do pretty well in life. It's just that whole crippling mental illness thing.
He kinda sucks at being an unbiased scale of justice though. Otherwise he would have never opposed yuetsu.
