Keep Artee and Hymn because, hey, crazy thought, maybe they are actually doing work. It's not that nice to ask honesty of the administration and then always assume that they're lying.

My assumption isn't actually that Hymn and Artee do absolutely nothing. My assumption is that they're mostly if not entirely out of touch with the community and what's good for it. Anyone who looks on the "users online today" thing at the bottom of the site will rarely find Hymn, Artee or any admin that isn't Tobias or Elf in it regularly, so inactivity is also a serious problem.

Hymn's been on today; Artee was on the day before yesterday and has (temporary) personal circumstances that she's made us aware of which mean she can't do as much work here right now. We're not going to demod her just for that.

This isn't a recent problem though? I brought this exact problem up during the Leo debacle literally 6 months ago and every "inactive" staff member besides the least active of all, RB, promptly ignored it because I guess they were too busy waking up to the consequences of their (in)actions. RB for the flaws he had at least owned up to that mistake however by admitting that his methods were unfit for BL and resigned.

Promote the better parts of the current mods to admin (I know FiveX wants to be admin) and enlist new mods to replace them.
